In collaboration with Fourth Street Consultants, we have developed a vision for Dumbarton Town Centre enabled by the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) awarded to the Council. Our proposals include the redevelopment of the town centre site to revitalise the local economy and create a healthy and vibrant High Street and town centre. The study explores possible uses for the site including; new homes, a new civic building and square, green spaces, and enhanced commercial property. The strategy considers how this can be realised over a number of years, and how the thriving local theatre and community centre can be more prominent in the town centre.
